• £12.50 per matwork class - when a block of term time classes are booked. 12 clients maximum. No pay as you go.

• One to one (60 mins) personalised session in your home £55+ (depending on distance). No availability (updated 10/3/2026).

• Back 4 Good 1:1 session 1 hour £55 (for lower back pain). Price depends on travelling distance. No availability (10/3/2026).

• Pre/post natal Pilates 1:1 session £55 1 hour (price depending on distance). No availability (10/3/26).

• Duets (two adults) £35+ each - 1 hour (price depending on distance). No availability (10/3/2026).

• Classes: block book only, in order to comply with insurance regulations. To encourage client commitment and progressing together as a class. Please see my terms and conditions section.
