Prices:

• £10 per all ability/improver matwork class - when a block of term time classes are booked. 12 clients maximum. (Price increase £11/class from June 24)

• £11 per healthy back (Back4 good) class -when a block of term time classes are booked. 10 clients maximum.

• One to one (60 mins) personalised session in your home £50 (£60+ if more than 2 miles from my home).

• Back 4 Good 1:1 session 1 hour £60 (for lower back pain). Please use the contact form on my website for more information about Back4 Good sessions.

• Pre/post natal Pilates 1:1 session £50-£60+ 1 hour (depending on distance). Please use the contact form on my website for more information.

• Duets (two adults) £35 each - 1 hour

• Classes: block book only, in order to comply with insurance regulations. To encourage client commitment and progressing together as a class. Please see my terms and conditions section.
