TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Classes:

·        BLOCK BOOKING ONLY.  Payment must be received in advance of starting your classes, by the date stated on the invoice. No payment by this date may result in losing your regular space.
 ·        I am here to start your Pilates class on time. Please aim to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class. The door at Valley Primary School will be closed from the start time of your class. If you arrive 10 minutes after the start of class, you may not be allowed to participate. It is important you do not miss your warm- up for safety reasons. The door at Valley school is not manned by a receptionist. I will not be able to see you outside, and I will not disrupt the class to let you in. You will not receive a refund for the session, or  an opportunity to make up the class at another time.
·        In the event of teacher sickness, you will be credited the price of your class on Class swap to redeem for the subsequent term.
·        No shows will not be refunded, or offered a swap to another class.
·        Inform teacher prior to class of any change to your body e.g. injures or new medical problems that may affect your ability to exercise.
·        Client to listen to their body and inform teacher of pain during or after the Pilates class. Client not to exercise through pain. Client to work to their own ability level and take regression as required.
·        Payment for the block of classes by the date stated on invoice. An administration fee of 10% will be taken if whole term refund is requested prior to the start of term. Refunds after the start of term will be at the discretion of Anna Anscombe.
. Swaps (missed classes) cannot be used as credit  for the next term.
. 24 hour notice is required to cancel your class on Class swap, in return for a space in another class (space allowing).
.Swaps to be used by the end of the current term (space allowing).
. If you consistently miss more than half of your classes per term, I may not be able to renew your reserved space. You may be asked to buy single classes, where there is space.
.To keep the cost of your classes down and for infection control purposes you are required to bring your own mat, hand towel/head cushion, 2 yoga blocks, medium strength band, 9 inch Pilates ball, and 0.5- 1 kg hand weights. Anna will let you know what equipment she would like you to bring each week via the class What’s app group.

One to one/duet lessons:
·        No refunds. If you, need to cancel your session, credit to be transferred to another day (one occasion only).
.        Payment must be received in advance of session.
·        Your own mat, yoga block, head cushion, medium resistance band, 0.5-1kg hand weights are required.
·        Inform Anna before the start of class of any new injury or change to your health, which may affect your ability to exercise.
·        Inform Anna of unusual pain during or after the Pilates session
